Misuma Holdings currently has more than two million square feet of retail and office space in various stages of development, including ground-up construction, repositioning of underperforming properties, and rehabilitation of dilapidated or vacant buildings. Our typical investment horizon is three to five years, after which we pursue a complete liquidity event.
