Allan Davidov, founder of Misuma Holdings and its affiliates, has been involved in the real estate industry for over thirty years. His broad and diverse experience ranges from ground-up development to distressed property rehabilitation to full service property management across all asset classes.
In recent years through Misuma Holdings and its affiliates, Allan has focused on large-scale value-added development projects in the commercial sector.
Allan began his real estate career while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in economics at the University of California – Los Angeles. He studied international business and trade at Beijing University and the University of Warsaw before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University.
Dean Davidov joined Misuma Holdings in the summer of 2005, strengthening the Company’s acquisition and development capabilities in response to increased deal activity. Dean’s roles include transaction evaluation and due diligence, deal structuring, and management. Dean brings to Misuma an analytical and transaction management expertise integral to supporting timely and definitive property acquisition activities.
Prior to joining Misuma, Dean was the Director of Corporate Development at WellPoint, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 50 corporation. The Corporate Development team was responsible for evaluation, business and financial analysis, structuring, and negotiation of all mergers & acquisitions, dispositions, and new business ventures. While at WellPoint, Dean completed 32 transactions valued at over $33 billion.
Dean received two graduate degrees, a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Business Administration, from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science and received both Phi Beta Kappa honors and the Magna Cum Laude seal at the University of Southern California.
